Childhood and Education
I invite you to delve into memories of my childhood in Lorraine, a region where flavors and culinary traditions have always held a central place. Born in 1968, I grew up in an environment where cooking was much more than just a daily activity; it was a true passion passed down from generation to generation.
From the age of 15, I decided to pursue my passion by starting an apprenticeship in cooking in Nancy. It was there that I learned the basics of the trade, under the watchful eye of experienced chefs. These years of learning were crucial, laying the foundations for my future professional path.
